Our principles
Continuous collaboration
Every shared project leaves behind experience, commitments and consequences.
Commitments fulfilled, ways of working that took shape and experience gained form a precedent that can later be built on deliberately in the decisions, relationships and shared matters that follow.
That continuity connects successive situations. The outcome of an earlier decision, a proven relationship or an established way of operating can take on meaning again later, and give a more precise foundation for the next collaboration.
That is why Open Village thinks in processes that build on each other: the outcome of shared work becomes a natural basis for what comes next.
